background_hover_color_opacity=&#8221;1&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]Working on some storyboards recently, I made some effort to set up a workflow that would make the process quick and efficient (again I am reminded of an <a href=\"http:\/\/xkcd.com\/1319\/\" target=\"_blank\">xkcd comic<\/a>,\u00a0but anyway).<\/p>\n<p>The workflow allows for clean sketching (or artwork import) in photoshop, batch export and import into an InDesign template for six-to-a-page viewing.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the templates, there are a couple of actions and scripts that make the process fast, and I hope they are robust enough to work on different platforms, but no guarantees.\u00a0I also made some brushes for drawing arrows, but I think they need some work, so I haven&#8217;t included them.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Storyboard Assets\" href=\"https:\/\/bmcresearch.utm.utoronto.ca\/sciencevislab\/wp-content\/media\/2015\/09\/Storyboarding_assets_and_workflow.zip\" target=\"_blank\">Download the zip here<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
